We collect the account details you provide (name, phone, email, hostel, room number) to create and deliver your orders, and order history to support reordering and customer support.

Your phone number is shared with your assigned rider only once a rider is assigned to your order, and only for the duration of that delivery.

We don't sell your data. Payment details for online orders are handled by our payment provider and are never stored on our servers in plaintext.
