Hostel Eats connects students with restaurants near their hostel and coordinates batched delivery within each hostel's scheduled delivery slots.

Orders are placed against the platform's minimum order value and the upcoming delivery slot's cutoff time. Once an order is confirmed and batched, it cannot be self-cancelled by the customer — contact support if something needs to change.

Restaurants are responsible for the accuracy of their menus and availability. Hostel Eats is responsible for coordinating pickup and delivery for each batch.
